Forensic Engineering Institute (FEI*) was established by Dr. Carl Berkowitz and Dr. Oren Masory in order to provide expert witness services to Plaintiff or Defendant attorneys.  FEI provides a variety of services which includes, but not limited to, accident investigations, reports, and testimony to support resolution of  litigation claims.  Dr. Carl Berkowitz       and Dr. Oren Masory       have been providing expert witness services for many years and have a combined experience of over 40 years.

FEI has offices in New York, Florida and California but will provide services around the United States.
